Handheld refractometers are low-cost, portable instruments used for ‘on the spot’ determination of Refractive Index (RI) of liquids or the concentration of solutions. Offering a choice of scales, Eclipse refractometers can be used in a multitude of applications across many and varied industries.
Abbe refractometers date back to the birth of opto-mechanical instrumentation when Ernst Abbe created an instrument to categorise the behaviour of glass that was to be used in the first microscopes created with his then partners Otto Schott and Carl Zeiss.
Today Abbe refractometers are still used in "purist applications" especially where measurements are required at wavelengths other than sodium or where solids are to be assessed such as measuring the dispersion of glass, polymers and even hydrocarbons. They are also used to measure liquid anasthetic.
Available as single, dual and multiple wavelength derivatives not only covering the visible spectrum, the ADP600 Series of Peltier temperature controlled polarimeters are capable of measuring optical rotation to four decimal places in the highly sensitive ultra-violet region. The ADP440+ is single wavelength, high accuracy polarimeter suitable for use in many applications and is especially suited for use in pharmaceutical laboratories where compliance with Pharmacopoeia¹ is required. New optics featuring a 'no maintenance' yellow LED and interference filter together with a photodiode detector allows reading of samples of up to 3.0 OD. To heat up liquids quickly and safely, SI Analytics hotplates SLK 12 are the optimum solution. The heating power can be adjusted in 9 steps and heats up to 1.7 kW (with extended hotplate step 2 and the 230 V version only).

The special construction of the ProcessLine electrodes brings them very close to the optimum for liquid electrolyte electrodes with respect to their accuracy, stability, rapid response and long working life.
Our Memosens® program contains pH and redox electrodes. They are compatible to all at the market available measuring devices based on the Memosens® protocol. Following the in the analog segment already established electrodes of the series ProcessLine, SteamLine and annular-gap electrodes our new Memosens® electrode program also contains the upcoming FlowLine series. FlowLine is a new line of liquid-electrolyte electrodes with integrated plastic miniature pressure adapter for the hose connection to the electrolyte reservoir. All Memosens® electrodes are equipped with a NTC 30 kΩ temperature sensor.

The Aurora 1030W TOC Analyzer processes aqueous samples for analysis of the total organic carbon (TOC), total inorganic carbon (TIC), and non-purgeable organic carbon (NPOC) content of the samples.
The Aurora 1030C TOC Analyzer processes aqueous samples for analysis of the total organic carbon (TOC), total inorganic carbon (TIC), and non-purgeable organic carbon (NPOC) content of the samples. Samples containing 100 ppb to 30,000 ppm of organic carbon can be analyzed. The Aurora 1030C supports USEPA-approved methods, Standard Methods, ASTM, DIN/ISO/CEN, and EU Methods. The 1088 Rotary Autosampler is specifically designed to operate with the Aurora 1030W TOC analyzer or Aurora 1030C TOC analyzer. The 1088 autosampler aspirates liquid samples from vials and transfers each sample aliquot to an Aurora 1030 TOC analyzer for analysis. The ViscoClock is an electronic time-measuring unit used to determine absolute and relative viscosity. It consists of a stand which is used to mount a viscometer and the electronic measuring unit. The two measuring levels are integrated in the stand made of high-quality PPA synthetic material, and the electronic measuring unit is included in a PP casing. The large LCD display allows themeasured values to be read off easily.
